Integrated Physical and Nutritional Health

Fitness Training

The fitness programs we offer are based on integrated training that incorporates all forms of training as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include flexibility, cardio-respiratory, core, balance, dynamic and resistance training. Our programs allow any client to achieve his or her optimum levels of physiological, physical and performance adaptations.

Nutritional Counseling

Working out and having a fitness program will not be complete without understanding the hard facts about nutrition, supplements, and the human body. With our help, we will set a proper nutrition strategy that will enable you to accelerate the results from your fitness program. This will help you to improve your health, change your body composition, increase energy, and reduce the risk of disease and illness. We will help you design a way of eating that is healthy and makes you feel good, but also helps with the changes necessary to put new healthy patterns in place and keep them for life!

XCEPTIONAL FITNESS PROGRAMS

Private Training in Person

Our private personal training programs are designed to match you with a personalize program to achieve your fitness goals. Our personal trainers have at least 10 years’ experience and have a comprehensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition.

As part of your personal training program, you will start off with thoroughly fitness and questionary evaluation to assess the current health and fitness level and the areas in need of improvement.

Our passionate trainers will use the latest science to create a plan that is tailored to your goals and  to unlock the results you want.

Private Online Training

With our Online Training, the results are the same as our private training program but with more flexibility to do your workouts at any time is suitable for you.  

You will have your individual fitness program with our trainers monitoring your program 24/7 and making sure that you are completing your workouts. We will be messaging you each week to check in and updating your program once a month.

Communication is easy through our app that has all your programs, and our trainers are just a click away.  There really are no excuses anymore! You’re more in charge of your fitness but we make you accountable and motivated.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program is flexible with you in mind. To achieve the optimum health goals, our nutrition program adapts to each client complex needs

Our nutrition certified coaches will create a customized meal plan from scratch. Whether you need an autoimmune paleo diet, a thyroid health diet, a prenatal diet, weight loss diet, or something else- we will build a meal plan for you with a grocery list and weekly recipes with exact daily calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, and beautiful pictures.

All you have to do is to follow the plan and see the results.

About Azzaddine

For as long as I can remember, I have participated in athletics. In my native Morocco, I grew up playing soccer, volleyball, and basketball as well as track & field. It wasn’t until I was studying Computer Science at Sonoma State University that I realized I wanted to turn my passion for athleticism into a career. I immediately changed my major to Kinesiology with an emphasis on athletic training and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2001.

Since graduating I have continued my education in a variety of athletic disciplines to ensure I maintained a well-rounded, fully integrated expertise in personal and athletic training. I taught Physical Education for middle school and completed more than 1500-hour internship at College of Marin as an Athletic Trainer Assistant.

When I joined Mill Valley Body Kinetics health club in the year of 2000, I have educated and mentored new personal trainers by facilitating the club apprenticeship Personal Training Program. I took fitness director position for 3 years. I was also a part of creating programs for the club.

I have been a personal trainer now for over 20 years and have worked with clients of all ages and diverse athletic backgrounds. I assist clients who have suffered injuries or had surgeries and help with post rehibition to gain strength, stamina, and flexibility. I also specialize in online fitness training and nutrition.

My own athletic ability coupled with my education and experience guarantees that my clients not only achieve but maintain their personal fitness goals most importantly, they have a lot of fun while doing it.

About Leonie

Leonie is an Elite Trainer and has 10 years experience in personal training and coaching as well as teaching group exercise such as cycle classes, small and large group exercise and HIIT classes.

Growing up in Holland she enjoyed gymnastics, jiu-jitsu, competitive swimming, cycling and playing volleyball. Currently she is part of an outrigger canoe club in Marin, she loves to SUP, hike, ride her road bike and tennis has become a new passion.

When she inspired a friend to lose a tremendous amount of weight and saw her life transform from a morbid obese to a healthy, exercising individual, she realized she needed to make fitness her profession. She made the choice to become a personal trainer and never once regretted that decision.

What makes her special is her non-stop enthusiasm and her passion to help people.

Her goal is to empower and inspire people, to help them live healthy, vibrant lives, to enable them to perform everyday activities with ease, strength and without pain, by implementing a safe, effective and functional training program.

One fun fact about Leonie is that she wanted to work as Mickey Mouse at Disneyland when she first moved to California. Her biggest accomplishment is having raised 2 amazing kids.

My wife declared that we were getting personal training from Leonie. I had no desire to have a personal trainer, being quite content to be a couch potato. I wanted to build and retain muscle as best as I could. I have very loose ligaments therefore I have a difficult time building muscle and get injured easily.
