Private Training in Person

Our private personal training programs are designed to match you with a personalize program to achieve your fitness goals. Our personal trainers have at least 10 years’ experience and have a comprehensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition.

As part of your personal training program, you will start off with thoroughly fitness and questionary evaluation to assess the current health and fitness level and the areas in need of improvement.

Our passionate trainers will use the latest science to create a plan that is tailored to your goals and  to unlock the results you want.

Private Online Training

With our Online Training, the results are the same as our private training program but with more flexibility to do your workouts at any time is suitable for you.  

You will have your individual fitness program with our trainers monitoring your program 24/7 and making sure that you are completing your workouts. We will be messaging you each week to check in and updating your program once a month.

Communication is easy through our app that has all your programs, and our trainers are just a click away.  There really are no excuses anymore! You’re more in charge of your fitness but we make you accountable and motivated.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition program is flexible with you in mind. To achieve the optimum health goals, our nutrition program adapts to each client complex needs

Our nutrition certified coaches will create a customized meal plan from scratch. Whether you need an autoimmune paleo diet, a thyroid health diet, a prenatal diet, weight loss diet, or something else- we will build a meal plan for you with a grocery list and weekly recipes with exact daily calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, and beautiful pictures.

All you have to do is to follow the plan and see the results.
